I used to eat at this location 3-4 times per week. I knew the staff. The managers were professionals. I now eat here about monthly. I do like chipotle. I do eat at other locations nationally. The Northbrook location 10 minutes away is much better.
So what’s wrong - this location is always dirty. Like today. Today they had plenty of staff. And this being a holiday week store was very slow. Yet most tables were dirty.
The line person and cashier were efficient. But no smiles, please or thank you. I ate in and the food was stone cold. Not sure how chicken, black beans and brown rice is served cold. I know it can be served warm or hot.
Today there was silverware. Sometimes they have run out. So that was good.
Overall it’s a real shame. I live and work within 10 minutes. No longer my go to. But I continue to go since I like Chipotle.

Please get new management here. We love Chipotle but won't go here after very small portions, none of the fountain drinks had syrup but yet we were sold them, and inconsistent with all the many Chipotles we've ever been to as to what's included with the kids meal.

The available tables are regularly all dirty. Garbage cans and floor are shameful, too. Up until about 3-4 years ago this location was good. Service is nonexistent. Servers are known to be 'stingy' with protein portions especially, unlike other locations. I am not sure there seems to be a manager here, going by the impression when you visit the place.

Extremely stingy with their chicken and meat portions. Below standards. Chipotle on their website say that a portion is 4oz but I only get 2.5-3oz maximum (i had to weigh my food on a scale at home to confirm)

It was my fault. My fault for reading the reviews and then STILL walking in since I had a Chipotle craving. Big mistake. The rice was hard and portions are less than compared to other Chipotles. The place definitely needs more attention to cleaning. Don't do the same thing I did and give them a chance. I already gave them my money but for all those reading this DON'T DO IT

Hi so I went there a couple times, every single time had my orders skimped in sizes. Today was the last straw, one of the worker gave me one spoon of rice and half a scoop of chicken. This is outrageous! These people are so greedy that they would skimp a 20 cent serving of rice

I drive to the chipotle in northbrook to avoid this place. Their tortilla maker is frequently broken, you can only order quesadillas on the app, not in person, which is a corporate issue but, the parking lot here is the absolute worst.
