But, don’t get the breaded chicken sandwich, it was horrible!
Do NOT recommend ordering online as the estimated pickup time doesn’t appear until AFTER the order is submitted.
Portillos’ workers said that online orders get shoved ahead by an hour; made me wait while 24 other cars drove off with their orders. I was not able to cancel my order, told that it was processed through a third-party service and that they had no control over it.
