Always a great vibe when you go. All the employees and manager knows me by name and my order. They never miss, the smoothies and food always come out tasting great! 10/10 recommend visiting!!
This is for a pickup order at Tropical Smoothie from their app. Thought it was a complex order and wasn't sure if it'll be ready by the time I popped in. But it was ready! Ordering on the app was super easy, did it as I headed out the door for the pickup. The staff was friendly and acknowledged me with a smile and a hi as I dropped in for my pickup. I used to enjoy the banter but ordering by app is more efficient.

The atmosphere and customer service I got from all the employees were phenomenal definitely recommend 10/10 I also understood from the employees that there is new management!!
