I lived in Brooklyn until 2020. Upper Crust is at least as good as the average bagel joint in NYC.They even nail the atmosphere.The only thing missing is a coffee menu.

This is my absolute favorite place to get bagel sandwiches. I find any excuse to drive here from the city to get them (because I have yet to find a place in the city that has bagel sandwiches as good as Upper Crust).

I come here often for lunch. The lunch specials are great. Really good quick service bagel/deli spot. Very conveniently located.Really good bagels and sandwiches. I have high confidence everything else is good too.I have been to the sister location on Dundee in Northbrook and it is good as well.

Stale,dry, and tasteless. Add the incredibly rude service (we're not in New York) this place is not recommended. A waste of time and money. if the customer service represents the quality it makes sense that the bagels were beyond crusty like adding cream cheese to cardboard and sawdust.
