Took a bit to get to the counter due to high frequency online orders, i am a patient person who also works in food service so i can see it through. but overall great service. i was helped by jennifer and she served me with kindness. Very understanding!

If i was still a manager of a dunkin franchise. The kids working at this location wouldve been fired on their first day. Normally when ik passing through dekalb, this location has zero issues with my order, and ill even go as far to say, the last time i was here 2 weeks ago, my chocolate shake was blended PERFECT!This time however was SHOCKING how terrible they were.The interaction over the drive thru speaker was fine, with zero issue. But as soon as i pull up to pay. There is some dude with a blank expression on his face.Im not saying you have to smile 24/7, because lord knows i didnt! But dont also look like it is physically paining you to be working right now. He also blandly barked out my order todayMe: hello :-)Him: ? 12.50$Me: ? here ya go man thank youHim: …one second…. Ok here.. “closes window”I shrug it off because its 9am and they might be fresh off a breakfast rush so okay. But then when im half way through finishing my wakeup wraps and hashbrown. I notice, THEY ONLY GAVE ME ONE WAKE UP WRAP!!!On top of the fact that the severely watered down my shake, i didnt even get my complete order. & i was on the road at that point so i didnt even bother to go back for a refund. But i can assure you that i will never be going to this dunkin again.Maybe this was just an honest mistake by the teenagers working there, and not the manager trying to cut costs. Either way. BUYER BEWARE!

We went through with our 3 children to get the creature features. We were charged for the creature features but we didn’t get the whole cup for the excitement for the children. The gentleman at the drive through said the manager is aware and they were not going to fix it. What a rip off. Guess what the ice cream wasn’t even that good.

Very disappointung. They use BringMeThat for ordering online. My first order: onion kulcha, garlic naan, lamb curry, and chicken biryani. The order was cancelled because restaurants said some items not available. My credit card was charge and it will take time for the refund to appear. So, do I start stabbing in the dark and try again just for the fun of tying up my money? And what the hell is Baskin-Robbins selling Indian Food?
Ordered 1 scoop of ice cream, dude gave me a healthy, heaping amount. I'd come again. Good service.

I notice the drive thru was slightly busy so i came inside the store. It was very welcoming. I liked it because I was not rushed for my order. The other workers were helping drive thru. Monty had a smile on his face and assited me with my order. The food was amazing it wasnt too messy and my order wasnt too complicated for the gentleman. Would highly recommend this place!

I got a stale waffle cone from them, probably like 1-2 days old completely soft. my husband got a perfectly fine waffle cone! We also went for breakfast once and they completely forgot about half our order had to go back through and try and get the rest of our stuff and they fought us a bit saying we had everything. After awhile we got the rest of our order however I wouldn't recommend this place.
