people never send your packages through them only if they are prepaid this is the second time it happened..I was sending out a package for a return to a company , the box less than 9 pounds and 17 inches she said we always round up so she put at 19 inch ups 72.00. I laughed I sent packages like this ground for 20.00, she was lieing to me tell me , you know the holidays and to new York is more in my mind im like what a load of bs. ..so i go to usps which she explained dont...read full review
Was looking all over for a good place to scan some illustrations. This place was recommended by a few people and I am also recommending this place. High quality scans and great customer service. Worth the 45 minute drive from Rockford. Thank you!
Had one guy working both grocery and copying/printing who had absolutely no idea what he was doing, and was not very willing to try and figure it out. Spent $80 to ship and insure 2 packages. After 2+ hours I gave up trying to get a proper receipt. Charged me $2 for 2 pieces of tape!! Can't wait until Office Max is open again...
