I requested an order for delivery, and it didn't arrive. However, Kaden (shoutout to you, you're so sweet) gave me a refund and apologized when I came in the next day for a separate order. The niceness of the staff is excellent and was appreciated. Just for that, I had to give the experience five stars
Today I ordered from the app. I went to the Dekalb store. Upon arriving I saw a note on the door that said they were closed and would open at 4:00 P.M. I looked around and rechecked my app and it stated they were open. Just when I was about to leave someone opened the door and asked my named and proceeded to hand me my order. I asked what happened. It was my first time eating here. Loved everything. Portions were excellent. We requested some minor changes to some of our items, and everything was just how we asked. Highly recommended. We will certainly be eating here again—many times.
