Great food. The parking lot is covered in trash like a 3rd world country, though.

It was my first time eating here. Loved everything. Portions were excellent. We requested some minor changes to some of our items, and everything was just how we asked. Highly recommended. We will certainly be eating here again—many times.

Horrible service! Took 15 mins to get a sandwich with only 2 people in front of me. And ended up giving my sandwich to someone else. I was late for work and hungry and took there sweet time trying to make a new one. I asked for my money back and don’t really care. NEVER GOING BACK

Could hear the store manager cursing on the floor which is unprofessional in my opinion. This is a family restaurant and people don’t need hear someone in charge speaking like that.
Over priced scraps. Sandwich had no toppings, 3 tiny tomatoes and a pinch of lettuce for a big BLTA? Minus the A because they forgot the avocado, but didn't forget to charge me for it. For $20 I feel ripped off, they should just close down and do us a favor at this point.

I love Potbelly. Their sandwiches are great, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is perfect.

Unbelievably bad experience. We went through the line, like normal, no issues. We were polite, said please and thank you - just normal fast food ordering behavior (at least for my mother and I). Got to the cash register area and laid our stuff down at the left cash and stood waiting to be cashed out. The only woman on the line (date 9/8 at approximately 6:45pm) SKIPPED US and cashed out the man behind us on the register on the right and the woman behind him. We stood and waited - maybe she'll cash us out once we get our shakes. Our shakes were done and this woman kept her back turned to us fiddling with bags for order pickups. We waited. Still ignoring us. I politely asked the man making the shakes (projected my voice so there's no way she couldn't hear me) if we could please be cashed out. He yelled at the line for "someone" to check us out. She turns around and helps the man who had walked in behind us. She completes his order and turns back around to what she was doing previously, again ignoring us. I, again, loudly (and admittedly with less politeness) ask if we can please be cashed out. She slowly turns around and looks at us and saunters over. Checks us out. We leave. What in the world was this woman's problem?I've worked in retail before (5 1/2 years). I never in my life treated a client/customer like that. Age, gender, creed, health, (dis)ability, nor skin color ever determinated how I treated clients. I helped people who were rude, polite, or indifferent. This woman needs a serious attitude adjustment. Does the owner/manager really want her to continue treating customers like this? We won't be back. Ever.

They messed up my online order entirely, causing me to make it all the way home before realizing it was wrong (I didn’t open the bag until I got home). After making a trip back to potbelly to ask them to fix my order, the male employee I interacted with was argumentative, red in the face (he clearly was angry about having to remake my order), and proceeded to slam things around in the kitchen while remaking my order. While my order did eventually get fixed, I was very disappointed that to get a correct order I had to make a separate trip back to potbelly and was treated so angrily and disrespectfully by the male worker who fixed my order. I regularly order from this potbelly location but tonight’s experience has left me wondering if I should take my business to another potbelly location instead. I will always love potbelly as a company, but this location lost major respect points for me today.
