6:00 pm on Saturday, many of the food items were out of stock: NO Cheese, Black Beans, Guacamole or Chimichurri...what we were served was a bowl of cold meat, cold undercooked flavorless rice with skimpy servings of the few toppings they did have on hand (even lettuce is hard to stock) while being herded through like livestock to the cashier. All for a To Go Order. Don't waste your time or your money here, drive across town to the other Chipotle restaurant.

This chipotle was a total dump! Not friendly, not a clean table to sit down at, they were out of shredded cheese, scraping the bottom of bins to fill our bowls & the pop machine was out.

I have eaten here many times and the food is always fresh.
Why extend closing time if little to nothing will be available, i get it y'all about to close in the hour. But the employees was more focused on cleaning then actual customer service. The guy didn't even speak to me. All he said, was all we have left barbaracoa nothing else? So I just walked out 2 other people came in behind me. Did the exact same thing

I went on my lunch break and waited for steak which was fine the lady was super nice about it but the lady doing the other side was so rude bc she forgot what I told her I wanted in my bowl. First world problem but she was so unnecessarily rude.
Small portions and not fresh most of the time. Chipotle in DeKalb has really changed over time, and not for the better. Portions are much smaller now while prices remain high, a big shift from how generous they used to be. The food didn’t seem as fresh as it should be, and the quality just isn’t the same. I also noticed the kitchen area didn’t look very clean, which was concerning. Overall, it’s disappointing compared to past visits.

Me and my boyfriend went around 9:20, I know that they are getting ready to close so there are different things that have to be tended to so we had patience. After 5 minutes of waiting I kindly said, “Excuse me, do you know when someone would be able to help us?” The worker the looked at me with the nastiest expression and told me in a condescending tone when she was done. That didn’t answer my question so i proceeded to ask her whilst still being kind how long would it be. She answered again with a nasty attitude telling me she didn’t know. I felt very uncomfortable because I have never met this worker a day in my life and to be treated with such dismay was surprising. Me and my boyfriend walked out of the restaurant and went to another restaurant because I refuse to spend my money in an establishment where we aren’t respected. I would not recommend going here and the food looked disgusting.
