I like this location a LOT better than the one over by Sycamore Road - the employees are just a lot more warm and friendly. The food is always great but the portions though are never consistent. You tend to get a lot more food going in person vs. ordering online.

I go to chipotle frequently and this is by far and CONSISTENTLY the worst one. The workers have terrible attitudes and I by no means expect above and beyond service but they won’t even talk when you walk up. Just expect you to start ordering. When I got a side of hot salsa they didn’t latch the lid on and just dropped it in the bag and got sauce EVERYWHERE. The sycamore location is like 5 minutes down the road and well worth the extra drive.

Ordered two different meats and corn + other topping. Order is extremely wrong. And they failed to include another large chip that I paid for. This is after I was sassed by the employee working at the time. Avoid this location like the plague.

Horrible experience. I received the wrong order that I wasn’t aware of until I got home. I immediately called the restaurant which was hard to even figure out how to speak to a live person. Then I was told a manager would call back. So, I waited for about a week with nothing. Then I called 1800chipotle and they said they could no longer help because I didn’t keep the receipt a week later. They obviously don’t care to correct things. We’ll never be going there again. If you do, make sure to keep your receipt.Dietary restrictions: They gave us the wrong order with 3 bowls that had red meat. My daughter and I can’t even eat that.

I had maybe 3 small pieces of chicken in my bowl, they forgot the queso I paid extra for. My food was obviously made way before the pickup time since it was cold when I opened it and I wasn’t late. Im not one to complain but I’ve ordered here 6 times my foods been wrong 3 of those 6.

If I could give negative stars I would. Every time I ask for sour cream on my door dash order, they drown my burrito bowl in it. They also give you the fatty scraps that nobody else wants to eat. Disappointing to say the least.
