Recently ordered the beetlejuice cake and it was like they cheated the second layer. Was expecting it to look like the picture on crumble and it looks nothing like it. Along with the strawberry shortcake cookie. The cookie base was very bland, whipcre has no flavor and they barely put any strawberries on top. The first pics are how they are suppose to look and the others are how I recieved them
Eric was very sweet we came in 4 minutes before closing, we had a nice conversation he is very very sweet and welcoming no attitude AT ALL! Made our entire evening he should be the face of crumble I mean customer service was EXCELLENT!! I would 10000% recommend this crumble location, I hope to see Eric every time we come in <3
