I had a great experience with Nadine at the Panera in DeKalb. She was helpful over the phone and very friendly in person! She made my ordering experience worry-free and I look forward to seeing her when I return to Panera. I am a very pleased customer!

the manager (person with headphones) working this morning 7/16/26 at the front needs some customer service training. she was very rude and not nice with to the young man working with her. This is not the first time we have been in there and she is working with a bad attitude.
