“Tried Lala's for the first time this morning. I got a variety of things including a bagel , bagel dog and a dozen different cookies. Everything was amazing and the guys working who I think were the owners were amazing. So friendly. We will be going back soon. I can't wait to bring bagels and cookies to work.“

“This Crumbl cookies was ok. They seemed to be disorganized or maybe short-staffed. I frequent the location in Elgin and they always greet you and with a smile. I think I'll stick to that one. The snickerdoodle cookie was good. The presentation could've been better, it looked rushed and I only ordered one cookie.“

“Came here for Mother’s Day brunch had a great meal staff were courteous and quick to refill drinks, ensuring my mom and my wife needed what ever they could get them. Lobster Mac n cheese was excellent as was the biscuits and gravy, everyone had more than enough to eat and it was not loud so we could all carry along a conversation. “It was hard to tell if it was open from the outside because of the tinted glass but it said open late so we impromptu tried it after visiting the game store. A little pricy for a solo cookie but they had white chocolate macadamia which is my favorite, and it was warm and gooey, perfectly baked and buttery goodness. There's only a couple of barstools to the side with a counter and I think two tables, so not a lingering place.“
