So I just had my first burger there for the first time (Usually went there for the cold treats when I did) and it was so God damn good I legit stopped eating after the first bite to write this review it was genuinely so good I am crying whoever made my burger is guaranteed a ticket into heaven

Make sure to watch closely as you are being handed your ice cream in the drive through. I was told to be careful as the employee handed me a dripping/overflowing blizzard, that as she handed it to me, went down my coat and all over my car. The employee then just handed me napkins and pretended to sweep. No apology whatsoever.
I read other reviews where DQ responded by stating to contact the franchise owner, which I did, but no response.
Update to response: It’s frustrating to see the same generic response here after being ignored privately. I feel like no one at the store or in ownership has taken responsibility. This experience has really changed how I view this location.

I went there the other day and this girl Ashely was super nice!! I asked her which dessert she would recommend and she recommended many!! She was sooo patient and nice. I saw her make my heath and caramel brownie cupfection and it was DELICIOUSS. I also saw her help this old lady who didn’t speak English. Nice and bilingual! #GreatCustomerService. I will go back maybe everyday

Food was not fresh, the French fries were extremely salty. We Could barely find a clean area to sit and eat most tables was sticky with flies flying around them
As a person who travels a lot and reviews hundreds of restaurants across America, I'd have to say this is one of my least favorite experiences I've had. Every DQ I've been to have always let me up charge fries to pretzel sticks but they refused here. When I got home with the food, there was a hair in the ranch sauce for the salad. The pretzels were like eating cardboard sticks. The burger was soaked with mayo and ketchup. The overall taste of the food was very subpar. They also have you park next to a dumpster when you order drive thru. I love DQ in general but this location I won't be going back to. It's unfortunate because that's the only location near me. 😩

The DeKalb Grill and Chill is the place to be for delicious food and yummy sweet treats! The staff was super friendly and the atmosphere great. This family run business has been well established and they certainly know what they are doing. Go on in and have some delicious food, you will be happy you did!
