Wish I could give no stars! I'm tired of the staff being so dam rude. 1st time they were slammed so I excused it! However the next time nobody was there!! My husband ordered a hot fudge sundae. Got ice cream n barely hot fudge. No toppings. Asked them do u not put whip cream, chopped nuts or a cherry on it. They girl behind gave me the rudest look and popped an attitude saying no we don't put that on there. So I was willing to pay for it. I just said do how u put on a banana split. The boy taking my order popped an attitude we don't put that either on a banana split. I have had 3 from here and yes they do!! We are done! I'm done with young kids running restaurants and treating people the way that they do!!
Orders are always correct. Sometimes they pull you forward to wait but it's never that long of a wait and you know your food will be fresh, which is fine by me. I'd rather wait a couple extra minutes for hot food. Stopped last night and had the best parmesan garlic tossed tenders.

This place don’t care and evidently corporate don’t either they had us file complaint and said that would reach out to owners and we three weeks later haven’t heard back from either Culver’s has much better food and great Sundays and they actually care too keep customers

Stopped in for cones, sizes have shrunk over the last year. Did not get the typical DQ style cone with smashed bulbous shape.

Came in and bought a cake. I asked if someone could write “Mom” below the “Happy Birthday” but they said the cake decorator was not in. I have worked at DQ & almost all team members were able to write simple & easy things that customers requested because it happened very often when the decorator was not in. That was the whole reason I had bought the cake there; so it could be written on. I’m sure every location does things different but this is something this location should probably improve on….
