I was not familiar with the town and came to restaurant on the recommendation of a friend. I ordered their chicken satay and pad Thai. Both were completely different than what I had ever had in both ingredients and taste. Don't know if it was more the traditional Vietnamese cuisine but it wasn't what I expected. Popular Dekalb Establishment since the 90s. We ordered Fried Noodles, Pad Thai(GF), Catfish, Fried Spring Rolls and Banh Mi Sandwich. Everything was delicious, but our favorite was the fried noodles. The fried noodles are yellow noodles served with carrots, pea pods, onions, cabbage and your choice of protein option(shrimp, chicken, pork, beef, tofu or combo). The hot sauce is also a must try. Go to Bea's for the quality, fresh food. Period. You do Not, go for the atmosphere, comfort or anything else. But please, please do yourself a favor and Go for the food! It's delicious.
