“I was not familiar with the town and came to restaurant on the recommendation of a friend. I ordered their chicken satay and pad Thai. Both were completely different than what I had ever had in both ingredients and taste. Don't know if it was more the traditional Vietnamese cuisine but it wasn't what I expected. With the Satay the peanut sauce was missing or I didn't recognize it and didn't taste it. Either way, I didn't finish the plate. Same thing with the pad Thai. However, the vegetables were very fresh and good except I was missing the expected tastes. The noodles weren't what you would have expected. They were spaghetti noodles. Again, it simply could be my lack of ever ordering these dishes in a Vietnamese restaurant. I did take the leftover pad Thai home and reheated it for dinner and added chili oil which was very good. I should not have ordered Thai food in a Vietnamese restaurant. My apologies. I would go back to give it another chance but keep to their traditional dishes.“
