The staff here are always friendly and as quick as they can be. The food can sometimes maybe be a little overcooked but I'd rather it a little crispy than undercooked - 9 times out of 10 it's absolutely perfect.

I asked for x-large hot coco mocha sig latee he said we don’t have X-Large I wondered and asked for large hot latte after coming to window he is giving ice latte and he is rude I asked for hot latte he said I can’t do anything I already made and etc etc this is not a right way to deal with customers he didn’t listen the order correctly and made the order wrongly and also I asked for blueberry and Boston cream they gave me wrong donuts.. I haven’t took my drink I left it there.

Got coffee with just extra almondmilk, they did not give me extra, so I had asked if I could get what I paid for, as one would, and was told no. Don’t understand how incompetent or rude one can be to not be able to do something as simple as making the drink I had paid for but glad to know I need to just make it at home myself! And also, how did you burn my sandwich? Aren’t there very clear buttons on the oven for each sandwich? I am starting to think I may have accidentally pulled into the daycare and deeply apologize if that was my mistake.

Walked up two hours after they were open. Doors locked and I could see several people working. Knocked on the door assuming it was just a mistake. They ignored me for several minutes. Finally someone looked up, then turned away and made a circular motion with her finger.I had to walk home, get my car and go through the drive through. Horrible customer care. Won't go again to ANY Dunkins if that's the way they run their business.

For having just spent $40 on "stuff", very disappointed. Nobody greeted you, had to beg for help, the kiosk didn't have all the donuts. My large lattee had the heft of a cup of whip cream. Will not go again.

Placed an order via the mobile app on two separate occasions when google and their own website said they were open. My payment went through both times. The first time there was a sign up on the door saying they were closed for construction. That was fine until I am not able to get what I paid for. When they are actually closed, (for example if I tried to order at midnight) my app will not let me order. When google, their website, AND the app say they're open, you could probably predict that they are open-- but NO. Something needs to be done about this idiocracy. When I went today to get my mobile order, there was not a sign present. There was only a work permit on the door. I come to this location at least three times a week, so it is not like I do not know their regular hours and google/their website is wrong. I just shouldn't be able to see they are open through the app and have my money taken to get nothing in return again.
