**Updated review (4/27/25)** Well I went back. 3 years after my previous (2 star) review and Ive been multiple times now recently. Happy to say that they seemed to have turned things around. Current staff is very friendly and take some pride in their work. I understand the customer service industry can be grueling especially when mixed with food service. This current staff puts their best foot forward from the moment you walk in. My food has been consistent every time Ive gone lately & good. Ingredients are fresh. So much so I had to update my review. Great work! Would recommend.
**Old review** Let me start by saying i love Jersey Mikes. But I stopped going to this location a couple years ago due to a staff member knocking a dirty dish rag off the counter onto the floor while making my sandwich, picking up said rag and then proceeding to make my sandwich. I pointed it out and she said “Oh it’s okay it’s a clean rag.” It was not a clean rag. She also was complaining about her job very loudly during the whole ordeal. I walked out before the sandwich was finished. Well recently I figured I’d give this location another chance & while most of the sandwich was good, the bacon was ROCK hard and I got minor food poisoning. I’ve never had an issue with food poisoning at any Jersey Mikes before. Won’t be going back.

The little blonde with the princess leia space buns is not very customer friendly and she just made my sandwich and didnt even ask what all i wanted on it. Then my sandwich was filled with bone or cartilage, i got the chicken bacon ranch. I wont be back. Thanks for wasting my money

Order a sandwich and they told they can’t warm my meat for me cause of cross contamination. Which is Bullshit cause the grill gets different types of meats on it. Teach your staff what cross contamination means before they start using that as their excuse
I ordered food through the app, they have me the wrong order, gave me a credit for that food,I go back to use the credit and they say it's expired. Bad customer service, you made a mistake and honor my credit.

Came in. Ordered a regular size sandwich. Guy behind me orders a giant. I pay for mine waiting. Guy behind me has not paid and has his sandwich before me. Sorry. That just not seem right. Girl (green hair) doing sandwiches did not seem to care. No hassle. Just slug speed. Usually good even if busy. But not busy and slow as can be. Come on gotta do better.

I'm very allergic to gluten. I can't find many places to eat around in dekalb. Jerseys mikes offers a healthy and safe gluten free sub that is very good and a fair price. If you have a gluten allergy or Celiac I highly recommend!!!
