after waiting an 1.5 hrs for our food, my husband called up there to find out where it was. The guy on the phone was extremely rude, and said they had tried delivering it..
apparently they should check his hearing because my husband had repeated it 5 times and they still went to the wrong address. instead of calling they went back to the store and pretended we didn't exist.

Just wondering how I always order the same thing from every jimmy johns I spend 24.59 getting three sandwiches and two bags of the BBQ chips in Rochelle il. Then I go not even 15 minutes to Dekalb and I pay 23 for two sandwiches. Doesn't make sense at all. They aren't different sandwiches we order the same thing ever time. So what the hell.
These guys are great! We get delivery almost every Friday and the delivery guys are always smiling and friendly---and food is so fresh and tasty. And when mistakes happen, which is inevitable occasionally in this fast passed business, they always make it right! Thanks DeKalb Jimmy John's!
