Very costly. $9.00 for 3 pancakes. $5.50 for a glass of juice. For 3 people, the bill was $50.00. Didn't order anything spectacular either.

The restaurant accommodated our large party after a local 5k. The food was excellent, the staff was friendly, and the wait was reasonable despite our not reserving a table in advance. Thanks for a great meal!

They had the same specials for 3 days in a row?? 9/21 9/22 9/23 Roast turkey & Roast beef… hmmm… there wasn’t even a discount ?. Question is why would they be serving the same specials 3 days in a row. Go check fb to see the specials on the dates above. If I knew how to do it I would. That’s why I stopped going . My sister ordered, Trailblazer and her ham was spoiled.?. Stopped going ever since.

Great food and service, close to the NIU campus. A little expensive, but worth the money.

It was finally nice to find a sit down restaurant in DeKalb. Probably because it’s a college town, most restaurants are fast food or bars. We tried the Junction and was pleasantly surprised. A real sit down restaurant with friendly attentive servers. We had breakfast. Two eggs Benedict and feta spinach omelette. Good food and you’ll be full when you leave. They also make their own cheese cakes, which I looking forward to trying next time we visit the grandson at college.

Nice and fairly quiet family restaurant. Warm relaxed atmosphere. They have a running train track above half of the sitting area.
Food was prepared quickly. Server was attentive.

Just tried the NEW Turkey Taco Salad. Comes with soup of the day and salsa and sour cream. To die for! Enjoyed every fresh, flavorable mouthful.

Vegetarian options: They have the best veggie sandwiches. Always generous with avocado and dressing. Breakfast dishes with egg. Also ask and they will fix something to your specifications.
