Ordered lunch on the kiosk screen entered a unique table #42. No receipt!
Store manager said the order did go through and that’s why the receipt didn’t print.
So I decided to order in person.
Then, After I ordered my lunch in person, store manager called “. Order #42 is ready!” 😯
I told the store manager to cancel my in person order, she told me that my #42 order was the in person order. I explained there was no unique table#42 for my in person order.

I worked fast food. I understand being busy, I understand being short staffed or having a night of trying to train new employees during dinner rush.
But this location seems to always disappoint and when busy it shows in the employees including managers demeanor in how they treat/respond to customers...which is fairly frustrated and rude. Almost as displeasuring as spending a few hours in a DMV where you're treated as an inconvenience rather than a valued patron.
