I have ordered multiple orders of fries and burgers, and every time I ask for sauce with my orders I get one single sauce, this is unacceptable, I have ordered multiple fries and burgers within one order, and only get one sauce.

I ordered about twenty bucks worth of food, and got home to find a roach in it. Wasn't given a refund because I only showed up with the roach infested sandwich and didn't hand over the rest of the bags.

Never go at night, the drive thru is always packed from how long they take to take your order.
I sat in the drive through for 20 minutes nobody would even greet us or talk to us. Eventually my uber driver and I agreed to just call it a loss and drive away. A complete waste of his time and mine, not to mention money.

Imagine you have work at 10 and you go to McDonald's at 9:40 and you go in to be quicker (there's only two customers in the drive thru) and when you get in no one talks to you at the front and everyone ignored you. Then when you wave them down they walk the other way and laugh, so you decide to try and use the order machine and it still takes them till 10 to get a single iced coffee done. Don't go here lol I should've just left so I wasn't late for work but I needed a coffee and it wasn't worth it.

The reason I’m giving McDonald a one star when honestly they deserve a zero is bc everytime I come to this place. It’s always dirty, the employees be acting like they are blind when you are up front waiting for them to take your order at register. Lastly I ended up getting a Hi-C ORANGE and there was a DEAD Nat in the drink so I got another drink and there was another bug in the drink. McDonald get it together. This is so unacceptable.
I just order fish with mayo lettuce and tomatoes no tarter they gave me a sandwich with tarter and nothing that I asked for. I tried calling them 3x and no one picks up I hate this McDonald’s over all just go to the one down the street this one sucks and forgets everything.
Parking: Parking in back. Have to walk thru drive thru traffic not safe not well lit in driveways

So I know it's about a bit to late. I did posted a picture actually two of them Of the manager in charge. My wife and I are a big fan of McDonald's we love it. Anyway we moved back to dekalb and we ended up being hungry and thirsty so we went out for a late snack. My wife gets at the counter and a manager told her this. I'm sorry I am busy can you go to the kiosk and place your order. No please thank you nothing. First of let's get something straight since when are we to busy with one on one interaction??? Since when are we to busy to take customers orders. I am sorry but we are just as important as the person in the car at drive thru. Yes there are rules that they have to listen too however it got so bad that we have to be ignored or get told what we did that is not right. I am sorry if it wasn't for us who like to come inside or drive thru there would not be a McDonald's. And we went to the one up the street by the same franchise and everything and we told the manager and said nothing but we'll drive thru is important what can we do. McDonald's is not what it use to be. McDonald's was a friendly environment where you took your family too and have fun. Even the adults had fun and now there are employees there that don't want to be there half the time because work is so stressful and they take it out on customers.
