The service and pizza were both really good, and I enjoyed them a lot. However, there was one problem that stood out today. A customer ended up blocking the drive-through lane, which caused some inconvenience. It seemed like the staff could have asked this person to wait on the side instead of letting them block the way. This would have allowed other customers, especially those who had pre-ordered their food, to move through the line more smoothly and without having to wait unnecessarily....

I’ve ordered twice for pick up in the last month. Each time, the pizzas I’ve ordered were ready pretty fast considering it was during lunch time. Pizzas were delicious. Great sauce to topping ratio and crust was perfectly cooked. The drive/thru has a ring doorbell so make sure to ring that or you may not be spotted right away.

I did a pickup order for a xl pepperoni pizza this afternoon and was greeted by a very nice gentleman. i’ve been to papa john’s a lot and this guy was the nicest by far. pizza was excellent as always. papa john’s is my favorite chain pizza !
