I had a very disappointing experience at Pizza Hut recently. When I went to place an order, I struggled with spelling out a name due to my stammering issue. Instead of being patient and understanding, the lady at the counter was incredibly rude and insulted me. She even went so far as to tell me not to come back again. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially from someone in a customer service role. I felt humiliated and unwelcome, and I won't be returning to this location. It's disheartening to see such a lack of empathy and respect for customers

We ordered a large pepperoni pizza for 3 people, and we are the whole thing! The food is amazing. My favorite thing here is the stuffed crust.

Me and my husband dined in and it took me almost an hour for anyone to ever even glance at us and I had to literally make a point of raising my voice and snap on 3 people because all 5 staff members saw and looked and us and everyone ignored us.

I paid $33.31 for a large buffalo chicken pizza for delivery at 4:58. The expected time of delivery was 5:38. The pizza was delivered at 6:17 cold, and it looked like it had a rough ride. Spoke with a clown for a manager who dismissed my complaint, stating they only have one driver, not much he could do about it. I live 3 minutes from the place. People spend your money somewhere else.

I would give this place 0 stars if that were an option. Placed an order, my order was completely mixed up… so I decided to give a call. Unfortunately, Charley the manager thought it’d be appropriate to tell me that at his very grown age “does not need life lessons” after being verbally aggressive with me. Along with the fact that “he can’t get checked cause he’s from New York” like?? Okay.. don’t know what that had to do with anything. I would not recommend this place… please do better Charley.
