Many cars were in the drive-thru, and only two baristas were working, yet Jessie made it seem like getting my birthday drink correct was the only thing happening. Thank you for taking the time to make my day special and for being positive and friendly despite the circumstances around you! This Starbucks is great for someone who wants to work quietly, plugged in, alone, or for a group of 4 who want to catch up. There is a spot by the front window for the latter, or a long bench with small tables if preferring European-bistro seating (chairs face the wall, so the bench view is my preference when there with my laptop). It is clean, smells like coffee and not cleaner (some Starbucks in the burbs stink like bleach or their bathroom cleaner, not a fan), and the baristas are happy to suggest new drinks if you're feeling like the new year should include changes to your usual routine. Just ask Jessie!

I did not place an ahead order, wait 20 minutes in the drive thru, have to come back because my sandwhiches were not in the bag, to then have to do 90mph to arrive EXACTLY on time to work set my coffee cup on the roof of my car while I grab my bags, only for the wind to be so strong to knock my coffee cup off the roof of my car. Waste of time, and a free coffee points that take forever to acquire.

This is a standard Starbucks. The staff was competent and very friendly. They made my drink (iced matcha latte with nondairy vanilla cold foam) as instructed, in a timely manner, and took my personal cup with no issues. I forgot to order the matcha latte unsweetened so the drink came out too sweet for me, but that’s just my mistake.

Honestly, this location has been the kindest, friendliest, and best location I've been to over anywhere I've lived. They are consistent with their quality of drinks, take time to make you feel like you're more than just a customer, and they are always in a good mood. I specifically go to this location instead of the one in Sycamore due to how personal the baristas make the experience. I truly want the manager know that I really appreciate everyone at this location.
