Wife stood for 5 minutes at the register while 1 lady worker talked to a customer laughing her rear off loud as heck, no other customers just my wife and another lady. No one wanted to place my wifes order, one guy was taking a call through the phone but yep, nothing. Typical 21st customer service right here. Just walked away
Very poor customer service.There were a couple of people ordering ahead of me, the employee made their drinks and as I moved up to the register to order the employee turned me down because it was 8 o'clock and she had JUST closed down. I was a bit confused because she was open 10 seconds ago but the girl looked at me and doubled down said "I'm closed".
