Ordered a chicken bacon ranch with a 7.99 coupon. Doesn't exclude the chicken bacon ranch. Lady says it's going to be extra for bacon even though it does not state on the coupon. Didn't think much of it until I came back another day and tried again trying to point it out. She still said the same. Now I see how they are charging it as to screw over the customer. I've had it done at other subways just fine. Scummy. Make sure they are ringing you up correctly or don't support this location.

I would rate this subway in minus. And the owner of this subway he is a nice man but his wife Anu is so rude and disrespectful with the customers. She wants me to pay for a little extra sub crunch. Also that lady wants me to rush and was very rude. She was touching the veggies after cleaning the hand sink that is opposite side of the serving table we can clearly see that… she didn’t even washed her hands properly this is how she serves the food. Guys never ever go to this subway they serve very disgusting food you have to look through it then you can clearly see that… And note to Anu… the sandwich which I left over you can build a house with that… and with that extra money for sub crunch save your house.. Don’t ever go to this place!

Very disappointed with this Subway location. The staff were rude and had a terrible attitude — no greeting, no patience, and acted like helping customers was a burden. The service was slow and unprofessional. I’ve never had such a bad experience at Subway before. This place seriously needs better customer service and staff training.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. While the owner is polite, I found the customer service from one of the staff members, Anu, to be extremely unprofessional. I was surprised to be charged extra for a small amount of sub crunch, and when I asked for clarification, her response was dismissive and rushed.
Additionally, I observed a concerning lapse in hygiene. After using the hand-washing sink, she handled vegetables without properly washing or sanitizing her hands. This raises serious food-safety concerns for anyone dining here.
Due to these issues—poor customer service, unexpected charges, and hygiene concerns—I do not recommend visiting this location. I ultimately chose not to take the sandwich I ordered.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to improve training, cleanliness, and customer care moving forward.

This is a horrible restaurant. They messed up our order and this lady sat and argued with my husband or 20 minutes to just remake the order or refund it. NEVER again will we go to this Subway.
