This is my first time eating here. I live in Chicago and there are no TacoVerse restaurants in Chicago. The tacos were great. I got the steak and I could only eat one because it was so filling and good. I’ll definitely be back.

To start the atmosphere is very nice. The staff are also very nice and helpful. But the food was a bit off for me. The chips and salsa was a unique take. The chips had a tajin flavoring to them but the red salsa was way too watery for me and reminded me of tostitos salsa. But I did like the kick it had. I had ordered the carne asada and pork carnita tacos. The tacos were huge! Definitely get bang for your buck. The carne asada was very good but a bit chewy. The carnitas had good flavor to them but the texture was a bit too shredded giving it a more of a mushy texture. I did really like the salsa verde that came with the carnitas though and the avocado salsa on the carne asada. Overall not bad, the place has a lot of potential but unfortunately it isn't my cup tea. Also I would love it if they had horchata.

I had a pleasant experience entering through here my first time I appreciate that they took the time to package everything up correctly. I ordered the cauliflower burrito.I noticed I was missing some ingredients in the burrito itself The food itself tasted very authentic and healthy.Better than chipotle when it comes to health wise. I wish there was more flavor and spices added to the mix. The salsa could be improved too it tasted like tomato paste. I also wish there would be a cash option to pay the food. The staff is very friendly and nice. The area was very clean and sophisticated. Overall I had no big issues but, minor.
