It’s 8:30 there was me and one other car in the drive thru, and my order took 10+ minutes.The bag they gave me was crumpled, But they gave me an extra fry hence the two star rating and not one.

I went through the drive thru today at 10:38am 12.6.24. My experience was the worst that I’ve had in a while. They did not get all of my order rung up and when asked about it the lady in the 2nd window got a complete attitude saying well it didn’t get rung up so bye leave all while rolling her eyes and bobbing her head. I went in to speak with the manager come to my surprise she was the manager. She didn’t want to give me a receipt and she didn’t want to speak with me. Her nasty attitude continued. A person like this doesn’t need to work with the public. Needless to say when I am in town for business again I definitely will not be stopping here. My co worker was decided to go to McDonalds where the service was far superior to what I just had.

Stopped by this morning to the dekalb store for simple biscuits/gravy asked to Xtra sausage gravy, it was sheer trash, they sliced a sausage over the biscuit and barely any gravy, it was so dry, I'm so disappointed, worked a 12hr shift at kish , just wanted a guick meal, thanks Wendy's you did it again, I wont be back

Just went through the drive thru and ordered two biggie bags and a number 7 meal double. They charged me for my whole order but the double sandwich was not a double !!! And my veggies were cold and the meat was cold as well … No matter what time of day it is when I come here , my order is never right !!! Please pay attention to your orders damn !! The fact that customers spend HARD EARNINGS there and to get home and their order isn’t correct is insane !!

Came in to place an order for the Krabby Patty Kollab on the kiosk. The horrendously ghetto cashier, after she paid, with a terrible, unapologetic attitude, said "oh it's gonna be 45 minutes before you get your food. We're busy". We asked for a refund. She walked away and told us to wait.
Finally, Fransicha, the manager, came by and apologized. She gave us both a refund AND our food. Totally saved the day. God bless her and please get her some better help.
