The term “plain” Id like to believe is a universal fast food term. I got two plain cheese burgers, one came with everything on it and the other without cheese. I was the only car in the drive through… I’d get it if they were slammed busy, but it was dead.

The employee's ignore the customer inside the restaurant. They just kept walking by. Had to actually yell to get someone to help me. Then was treated like crap. No complaints about the food

We went thru the drive thru. There were lots of workers but they couldn't get the order correct. We were told to pull forward. They forgot a sandwich and our shake. They didn't put any straws in the bag. The food (sandwich)was sloopy. We usually love going to Wendy's. Maybe this wasn't a good location.
Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru to get a crappy burger the bacon tasted like it was plucked off the floor from the day before, and yes 30 minutes at the drive thru, I will never go back here... Ever!!

Dropping this place to two stars. There were no customers seated during our visit. Walked in to told staff there was a spill on the flloor. It was cleaned up just before we left. A hotel employees stated the workers there lack motivation. She seemed to confirm this saying “nobody goes to that Wendys.” Food was okay. A strange experience to avoid. Too bad.
