Too bad because the pizza is decent. Service and attitude of owner extremely rude. Ordered a pizza,told 20 minutes for pick up. Girl at counter,lovely. Paid. Even left a tip.Nono came out and remarked this order not in yet, I would have to wait 20-25 minutes. Rude. I explained called it in 20 minutes ago. She remarked she didn't take the order. I stopped going to Allegrettis years ago because of this type of attitude. Thought I would give it another try. Pizza always late, rude attitude and excessive language from the back. Lots of pizza places around. Can't treat anyone with this type of rudeness. Won't be back.

This place does not have it together to say the least. I ordered a pizza from here. It accepted everything online but the pizza never showed up. The money was refunded but I was left very hungry.

By far my favorite pizza shop in Des Plaines! Always fast, well prepared, and cooked to perfection. I highly recommend getting their thin crust pizza with toppings of choice - ask for extra sauce on the pizza and cooked well done!

The food here is really good and the staff is super friendly they take care of there customers well. I’ve tried a lot of things on the menu and I have yet to be disappointed everything is delicious. Definitely make sure to try the pizza it’s worth it!

When I visit my Mom, it's always Allegrettis Night! Our fav! We are crazy about their pizza, food and of course dessert. Mom sometimes orders double of Tiramisu and canopies! LOL. The people are incredible here! Even the drivers! Please try them. They're delicious! Order now! I would have to say we've order at least 25 times! You can't go wrong. Call and order!❤️

Went to dine in. 5 of us walked in and was told to sit where we would like. Older lady (owner) came by rudely, and tossed 1 menu on the table. When we asked for a couple more menus, we where told, "no we do not have any more" needless to say, we got up and walked out. Do your self a favor and find somewhere else. ZEOR STARS
ordered food and dealt with a jagoff delivery driver to get ice cold pizza and disgusting wings that is inedible.

Make sure you guys pay cash these people all rip themselves on your card if you don't put an amount . Also there pizza is a joke thin crust I order the jumbo and they cut it until very small pieces to make it look like it's a lot but it's all a fraud pizza disappointing it's like the pieces are for a children party kids bite never buying here again

Found out there is a non-gluten version of pizza available. Placed an order on ine for large non-gluten Margerita. Including 20% tip. Few seconds later received a phone call they don't have large gluten free pizza, and they can offer me a different size. When asked what size, I heard a small one. Asked to cancel my order, to hear, that actually I can get a medium one. But it gets better now. When asked to adjust my payment was told they still have to charge me as for a large one since I have placed an order online, or I have to call in and let "them" know. When I asked, who is "them" I had been told "them". Long story short, I cancelled it. Unbelievable. Something, that would never happen 20 years ago. Do I recommend this business? Hell no. Think twice.

Got a thin crust pepperoni with some mozzarella sticks and was thoroughly impressed! Nothing too over the top, and most certainly far from being the bottom. Would try again if I'm ever back in the area!
