Sadly, it seems profit rules over customer satisfaction, quantity over quality, Internet orders over diners! Don't tell me gone are the days of medium grilled, grass fed, hand-packed beef, and fresh cut fries!? The overdone hockey puck you call a burger was so below expectations. Do better guys. You missed an order of sweet potato fries with our meal, didn't provide utensils or napkins. You balk at, and turn away customers in favor of Internet orders? I get it, it is a lot to handle on Saturday night but maybe you need more staff? The tables were a mess, the poor guy taking orders was single handedly running the place. Fries and drinks are extra, as well as the toppings to customize your burger which can quickly add up to about $20-25 a meal! For that price, you should expect a quality meal.—--—--—---—---—---—---—---YASSSS!! The Bosses of Burgers right here baby. So perfect, so clean, so amazing. So customizable. If you're a taste artist then stop in to order a mouth masterpiece...I promise you'll have no regerts. But try the wings first, with the Bourbon Sriracha no doubt... You won't speak because you'll be busy savoring each bite. This was my first time here, and it by far exceeded expectations. The service was awesome, food came out quickly and was absolutely amazing. The wings are actual full size wings, not those little ones for the birds. They weren't dried out and were delicious. The Chicago BBQ Burger was awesome . An all around top notch establishment.

I was very excited they had vegetarian and gluten-free options. However, I realized that if you needed both, there were fewer options. The menu makes this place seem more upscale than it is. The booths were stained, and the springs on the seat were worn. Most tables had crumbs and garbage on or under them. It didn't seem clean overall, and on top of that, my mom's pulled pork sandwich was apparently cold (or at least lukewarm), which she didn't feel comfortable eating. The description of my meal sounded a lot better and more vegetable filled than it was. My bf and I came here after work and omg it was so good 10/10 we both did the “build your own” I got Turkey and he got beef both really good but we liked the turkey better! Both burgers were juicy and the fries were so crispy and full of flavor! Will definitely be returning! Also not to mention it was our first time there and the guy in the front charging walked us through the menu very nice staff would definitely recommend!

The food was amazing but my cousin ordered one minute after us and they never brought out his food and we had to wait an extra 40 minutes cuz they somehow lost the ticket we watched nine burgers come out the time since I complained about it there not even
Took almost 40 minutes to get 2 simple burgers. Noticed other tables getting their orders in pieces - ours at least came out at the same time. They seem to have major issues timing when the orders come out. Would expect that from a brand new place but not here. Expect much better given the prices here. The fries are essentially the same quality as frozen fries. This place seems to have lost its way - used to be much better.

I got the chicken wings so I can't comment on the burgers. They were fantastic! They were very large and cooked perfectly. The garlic parmesan flavor was "ok" but the mango habanero was amazing. I will definitely be getting wings from this place again. I'm excited to try the other sauces. Going off the quality of the wings I'd be willing to try anything from this restaurant. The staff was very nice and the place was clean and had a good atmosphere.
