We live in the area, and this is by far out favorite Mexican spot to go to. Been coming here for close to 20 years. The food is fresh, and I love that I can see the cooks in action. Small place, but big flavors. Clean, friendly, and food is fire.

I had such a great experience at Taquería Arandas! The food was absolutely excellent — full of authentic flavor and cooked to perfection. The tortas went above and beyond my expectations, packed with fresh ingredients and the perfect balance of flavors. I also have to mention the chiles en vinagre — they were simply delicious and added just the right kick to the meal.
The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service made everything even better. If you’re in Chicago and craving real, flavorful Mexican food, Taquería Arandas is definitely the place to go. Highly recommended! 🌮🥑🌶️
