My friend and I came here on a Tuesday night. I am aware it used to be At7 and has now switched to be Takito Grill, so we were excited to try it. When you walk in there’s good music, lots of decorations (it’s Halloween time), TVs with every game on, and even what looked like a DJ/dancing area. It is open until 2am on the weekends which made it seem to us like it should be fun.
However, the service was not the best. On a Tuesday night there was one bartender, and we were two of six people in the entire place. She approached us quickly but after we got our food she never approached us again. She was on her phone texting the entire time. Never asked us if we wanted a refill on the drinks, or if we needed anything else. Unless, we flagged her down or shouted across the bar.
My friend went into the bathroom here and as she described it: it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. Toilet paper all over the floor, only one stall with toilet paper to use, and vapes on the floor.
The food was good, we ordered a quesadilla and fajitas. Both were great.
Overall I would say this place has potential, but it was a little alarming that no one was in there. The service was not the best and the bathrooms were not clean. I was highly disappointed!

The potential here is amazing, but poor service will not help this place survive. 5 of us - we ordered 2 hamburgers, one couple split a fajitas dinner, I had a Carnitas burrito. Hamburgers made it to the table and the other meals arrived 20 minutes later. Getting a drink took more then 10 minutes, which wouldn't be long if the place was crowded. We sat outside on a perfect weather evening on 10/4/25. We were shocked when going inside to use the restroom to find less than 10 customers inside. The place is huge and an attractive atmosphere with plenty of bar seating - but empty on each evening I was there. Food pricing was more than fair and again, the food was really good each of my 3 visits. Location among the nearby condos and parking was plentiful. Again, great potential but no sense of urgency in taking care of the Customers that are there.

Two of us walk in and the place had 6 customers at lunch time. We waited and waited and waited to be sat. The bartender finally finally around and said, “Oh, sit wherever you want.’ I asked where the menus were and he had me come to him to get them. We picked a seat, my friend used the men’s washroom and he stated everything was broken and there was nothing to dry your hands. We sat there for 10 mins and no one came up to us to even ask us for drinks. We left. As we were walking out the bartender yells across the place, “Are you ready to order?” We said no because of the bad service already and he turned around and walked away. I’m assuming this happens often as he didn’t have a single care about losing customers. This was my first and last experience at this restaurant. Will NEVER recommend.

We arrived to a not very crowded restaurant at 6 and waited until 7 till we finally went to the bar to be served. Received some flat tap beers and were told it was an hour wait for food. Poor service and worse drinks.

I really can't provide comments about the food because I did not get the chance to eat. I was super hungry and stopped in and there were very little people dining. Most were seated at the bar. We were asked to seat ourselves. It took several minutes for a waiter to come to our table and when they did they dropped off menus and walked away and never came back. We sat and watched those in the bar area getting great service, tables being cleaned, and the waiter never looked our way again. After I couldn't take it anymore, me and my daughter got up, headed to the door, and watched the waiter stair at us as we glared at him as we walked out the door. We were super excited to try the food, but after that experience I don't think we will waste our time going back.

The staff member serving us spent a lot of time chatting with her friends, often forgetting about us. Although she apologized and thanked us for our patience, the behavior repeated multiple times—about 3 to 5 times throughout our visit.
She also forgot our order and took a long time to bring what we requested; we had to repeatedly remind her. If we hadn’t followed up, we likely wouldn’t have received everything we ordered. Meanwhile, she continued socializing with her friends, neglecting not just us but other customers as well. We even saw some guests leave due to not being greeted or acknowledged.
On a positive note, the food and drinks were good, and the place itself looks great. With more attentive and professional staff, the overall experience could be much better.

We’ve ordered from here before for pick-up and really liked it the first time. We got two California burritos, elote, and added an horchata this time around. Unfortunately, this visit didn’t hit the same. Pick-up was delayed, and when we got the order, the drink and salsas were missing. Not the end of the world, but the food itself just didn’t land. Burritos were okay, but the elote needed more lemon, and the $6 horchata was mostly ice with barely any drink. Just didn’t live up to what we had before.

Had a great time at Takito Grill! The fajitas were delicious—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The service was fast and the servers are super friendly, which made the whole experience even better. There was live music playing while we ate, which added a fun and lively vibe to the night. Definitely recommend if you're looking for good food and a great atmosphere!
