This was my first time going to this location and it’s the absolute LAST! I ordered an Oreo shake and the man gave me chocolate. I said this is not what I ordered and he said,”yes, you said chocolate so that’s what I’m giving you” I didn’t even drink the shake and said I’m sorry but I want the Oreo shake I ordered. Another person also stepped in and let him know that she also heard me say that I wanted an Oreo shake. He kept saying that if I wanted an Oreo shake I would have to pay again. What sense does that make ?

Ordered ice cream (2 quart bundle of two specified flavors). I received one quart of a flavor that was not close to one that I ordered, and one box of BARS. I asked for a redelivery and they delivered the wrong items again. I had a friend stop in the store (they were on the way to visit) and stopped in to try and buy us coffee. One decaf black, and one triple shot espresso. (Literally three shots espresso in a cup.) They put the three shots in the DECAFFEINATED coffee.
The people that work here do not listen, and refuse to fix problems.

I recently ordered a small ice cream cake from here. Unfortunately, it was poorly shaped and the cake itself was dry and had an unpleasant flavor. Lesson learned, this is the first and last time I will be ordering from here.

ordered 2 banana royal received 2 - 2 scoops of ice cream. No Bananas , no hot fudge no strawberry wet topping. The ice cream was disgusting, had to throw it away.

Definitely the worst Dunkin' Donuts place. When you ordering stuff here you have to tell that lady at least 4 times and she will still manage to screw it up..

When asked why the ships scoops were so small they said "that's just how big our scoops are" which is BS, all other Baskin Robbins I've been to give twice as much. Never coming back to this location.
