ordered 2 banana royal received 2 - 2 scoops of ice cream. No Bananas , no hot fudge no strawberry wet topping. The ice cream was disgusting, had to throw it away.

We got an ice cream cookie dough pizza cake! It was amazing! A cookie crust with a layer of ice cream and whipped cream and topped with cookie dough bites. The store was clean and the service was excellent. The worker helped us pick out the best cake and was super nice.

Gave 2 of the smallest ice cream scoops I've ever seen. I've never been to such a cheapskate Baskin Robbins. When asked why the ships scoops were so small they said "that's just how big our scoops are" which is BS, all other Baskin Robbins I've been to give twice as much. Never coming back to this location.

They never answer their phone! Tried calling numerous times on numerous days and the phone is never answered. Finally on the fifth or sixth try, they answered and after I asked them about a flavor, they put me on hold and never came back.
