Absolutely horrible!!! Do not use this sportsbook in any circumstance! My wife and I deposited $500 each to get the risk free bet. They requested an authorization form, ID, passport, etc. I provided all of that on 10/7, it is now 10/20 (and me calling EVERY single day for an update) for them to tell me it will be resolved in 24 hours. Not only can I not make any bet, but they will not release MY $500 that I deposited.
I have now contacted the BBB (Better Business) and filing a complaint. Do not use this company, the customer service is terrible and they will keep your money hostage.

As others have said, they make it impossible to withdraw winnings, while conveniently allowing you to cancel that withdrawal throughout the entire time.
I’ll be reporting them for deceptive business practices that go against the safe betting and gambling laws.
They do this on purpose so that you’ll be tempted over the waiting period to cancel the withdrawal and try to win more.
I’m currently waiting on a 4 figure payout from them and conveniently after submitting my documents, that section of the withdrawal queue disappeared entirely.
Another thing I noticed. While waiting in the Support Queue, I went from number 31 to 32, and again from 25 to 26.
To say that was frustrating is an understatement. This app is a joke. And everyone should use their bonus bet, take them for as much money as possible, and never play their games again. That’s what I’ll be doing.
And I’ll be recommending no on go near this app with a ten foot pole.

I would give this sport booking company lower if I could. The bet I placed was not honored even when I explained that Josh Allen had 3 touchdowns. It’s doesn’t say how he gets them but he has to score at least 2. So my $300 dollar winning they get to keep and gave me a lousy excuse. I will never give them my business again and beware you don’t get messed over like I did .

They upgraded my bonus bets than right after limited me on the day of the week they drop their bonuses. So I lost hundreds of dollars from outright corporate greed and theft. They will only let you keep playing if your are a loser.

I couldn't even deposit money because the app was overloaded on NFL sunday and they made me go through Venmo instead of using my bank account directly because venmo is a sponsor so they need transactions go through that ... horrible people, no help, they won't even take my money... it's like a farm with no crops or a tire shop with no tires to sell. Really nice atmosphere, great place for gambling and sports watching and betting. However in the sports area they need to clean more frequently. There are many places to eat inside this casino with a great variety. I highly recommend this casino.

Stopped at this bar prior to dinner at Hugo Frogs, had the best margarita in a long time, the bartender said she was in training, and I couldn't understand why,the drink was so refreshing in this sweltering Heat!!!! Gina was attentive and interesting, she made my wait for my friends fly by.

I received a bonus (see photo) I sent to customer service when the Bonus didnt happen. Their response after 6 weeks of continuously being told they were looking into it, was that there were only 5 bonus symbols showing not 6. Like counting isnt the same any more. Here is their response....
