How can you name your place BISON Burgers and not offer any actual Bison . This is mindblowing to me. Not to mention the BISON on their logo.

It's no longer a burger spot. Only burger they sell is chicken burger. NO BISON! They have Uzbekistan and Tazakistan food which they specialize in and i enjoyed it as well. First time trying it. I said to myself, if I'm here why not try it out. Too my surprise, I enjoyed it. Muslim owned so made it even better. Got the beef platter and soup. Menu on the website is no longer in the mix.

1 Star off for bad smell from drain in bathroom. 5-stars for a well balanced "Plov Samarkand" ("beef, rice, carrot") plate with a variety of vegetables and for presentability.
The steak was perfectly done as it was burnt on the tips slightly. I was really expecting this place to serve Bison meat burgers and that's the only reason I decided to stop in, dissappointed at first but have tried Halal food before and thought I'd give this restaurant a chance.
The hostess/cashier was polite and attentive but needs to speak up with more confidence. She whispers, I could barely hear what she says.

We ordered a variety and each dish was cooked authentically to perfection! Beef Manty, Beef Gulyash, Pelmeni soup, beef salad and samsa. Everything was so fresh and delicious. So reasonably priced for such well made food. Quality food and quality ingredients. Very casual atmosphere. Excellent food!

We were recently in this establishment, one disappointment, the dumplings, or rather the minced meat, smelled strongly and was rotten, and the broth was also greasy and smelly, then we ordered shawarma, the sauce was very sour, the chicken was cut into huge pieces, we waited for the order for a very long time! It's very sad that your kitchen has deteriorated!

They have provided super tasty central Asian meal with huge portion and affordable prices. Even though I’m kind of food person could not find anything wrong. Delivered on time as well. I would like to recommend anybody who is looking to try absolutely real Central Asian foods. I’ll definitely come again too🫵🏻
