Locally owned and managed shop always makes sure customers are taken care of. Their shop is the only nice thing about the Des Plaines Metra Station! Highly recommend the Ube Latte too!

Not worth it. I had high hopes, but it turned to be one of the worst cafes I've been to.
My mom and I both ordered Americanos. I got a small iced Americano, while my mom ordered a large hot decaf Americano. The coffee was like lake water--the aftertaste was horrendous. It tasted like very old coffee (months old).
The wait time was very long (both to order and get the drinks)--I also had a hard time understanding the baristas (loud atmosphere).

Excellent latte. They use a proprietary blend and contract their roasting. I thought it was central american beans but they use a blend with beans from Peru. They are located in the des plaines train station it not great ambience but I would still say thier coffee is good enough to hunt down if you are in the area.

Nice cold brew with cold foam.
Great coffee, strong and tasty! I had the pistachio donut latte and they were able to make it iced which on a hot day was perfect. The croffle was also good and first time trying something like that. Def would visit again. Great folks and service. It's located inside the train station which is downside, they should have a dedicated store so it can be enjoyed more thoroughly.

I was pleasantly surprised with my order. I got the sausage, egg & cheese sandwich and a London fog and they were both great! Way better than any other cafe I’ve been to. I would definitely revisit when I’m in the area.

Workers clearly see customers and continues to stand and talking when they clearly see customers standing waiting to order. I couldn't get my coffee because the conversation was obviously more important.

Best lattes I've had in a long time! My wife and I love the ube latte and pandan matcha. They are both delicious and consistently amazing! I heard about a new Brew Coffee Lab location coming soon to downtown Park Ridge and can't wait for a sit-down coffee shop!

I came here on July 14 because I was going swimming in the area, but coffee first! I had the pandan iced latte and the Gouda Morning. The latte was by far the best tasting latte I have ever had! The sandwich was really good too. I even went for a second coffee! I had the cold foam cold brew with pistachio syrup, and WOW, I was impressed. I'm always looking for new coffee places to try and this was the best one I have ever been to. It's inside the train station too. They have a cute patio outside and the view is really pretty. I am definitely going to be coming here more often!

I got the Ubechata Latte last time and got the Banana Chai Latte this time. Both are really sweet, really good if you’re into sweets.
Japi stayed open for us as last customers 20 mins after closing. Super nice gesture! Really appreciated it.

Great experience this morning!
Staff seem to be accustomed to the space being used as a waiting room for the train station, but were friendly and helpful. Note that it is inside the train station. I found parking right near the station, and saw empty parking spots across the tracks by the library as well.
I tried the ‘93 Bronco, and it was, as the baristas put it, a “polarizing drink-you either love it or you hate it.” Great flavor (intense orange flavor and intense espresso flavor) - definitely a unique combination. Might be good with a small splash of cream in the espresso to tone down the intensity.
I’d like to try some of the signature lattes next. I’d stop again when I’m in the area.
