Ordered some traditional wings online to watch Sunday night football. I called to get the wings extra wet and well done. Even though they don’t offer those services. Jasmine accommodated me and did not disappoint. The wings were cooked to perfection. I’ve always had a good experience here, but this one tops them all.

WORST SERVICE EVER, placing my order on the phone. Girl tells me it takes 10 minutes to make the order she never took the credit card not my fault, getting there my order was not ready had to pay for it and wait another 15 minutes outside worst service, People don’t know what they’re doing

The manager today 11/7 morning shift at 1387 Lee Ste 100 Des Plaines, IL 60018 when I went there to pick up my food she reject to let me have water . She said you need to buy our cup then u get water. In the time I have my cup with me . What kind of service u got guys . Will never comeback to buffalo wings again never

Tried calling at 10:22 to place in order for pick-up but kept getting the automated message that no one was available to help me after the hold music went on for a min. After that I quickly tried to place an online order but it would only let me order for the next day, even though the store closes at 11pm. So, I made to quick drive over and got there by 10:33 to find the lights off and a woman mopping the floors. If the sign on the door, the Google business info and the info on the BWW website say the store closes at 11pm, why was it closed at 10:22?

Tried a ‘GO’ location for the first time. I placed an online order and drove to pick it up. Unfortunately, there was an empty car blocking the drive-thru lane, which seemed odd. So I walked inside and picked up the food. The food itself was decent, although the wings didn't have enough sauce. However, what really bothered me was spending $7 on onion rings that weren’t properly cooked..

Great group working at this location. I ordered boneless wings on the app. Unfortunately, there isn't anywhere to put notes or modifications in the app. When I went to pick the order up, I had to ask a team member for a couple of sauces on the side. As i like them extra wet. They were more than willing to get them for me. I will be sure to return in the near future.

This has to be by far the worst bww I've ever been to.... Service is horrible, employees are useless, managers don't care... Every order is wrong... The food is terrible... Please shut this place down and let a different place open up here... I like how much they apologize on this app too but nothing has changed in 2 years
