Coming from the West Coast with a lot of ramen options, I had a high bar for ramen, especially from the Midwest. Not only were my expectations met, but they were surpassed. The buns, the broth, noodles, were all exceptional. In California this would cost double the price and have a line out the door. I am envious of locals that have this option regularly.
Food was amazing! ordered food for pickup last night and unfortunately got charged for 5 shrimp shumai and the kitchen didn’t end up giving it to me in my packaged order. Overall food was great but disappointed on the service i received.
