I’ve been ordering a couple times thru the app and I have come to a conclusion they don’t care.. either my bowls aren’t full and chips super scale. And the guacamole this time so bad. Why are they even selling it still ?

They gave me soggy chips that were inedible. Chicken was fatty and snapping when I would chew. Only good Chipotle around here is on Golf Road in the plaza by Jersey Mikes.

Quantities are so less, especially if you are a person of color. A white guy got full spoon of rice and beans when it was my turn he took one spoon for my 2 orders of kids meal. Never visiting them again!

Walked into the store. Tried to order a quesadilla. The staff told me they can only make a kids quesadilla. I have ordered adult quesadillas dozens of times. Two different staff members insisted that adult quesadillas can only be ordered online because “they don’t know how to charge it.” This is really absurd. Either a staff training issue or a management issue. Whatever button you have for online orders, literally just add it to your in store PoS. Should take less than 5 minutes to avoid the inconvenience to customers. I proceeded to watch them make about 5 other customers orders before mine even though I was first in line.

Every single mobile order I've placed here has had an issue. Missing guacamole, beans, peppers, Mexican Coke, you name it. I don't know if it's incompetent ownership, management, or training.

They also skimp on portions.
