A newer chipotle which was very clean and not busy with all fresh items when I arrived. Unfortunately the manager was on the serving line and skimped on every single topping I asked for, so I had to keep asking for more. I wasn’t expecting an overflowing bowl, but it definitely appeared to be under portioning for the basic items like salsa and lettuce and I could tell she got annoyed by me asking for a little more on multiple items.

WHERE IS THE MEAT?
I live nearby so I order often, and unfortunately I get shorted on meat at least 50% of the time. I usually let it go, annoyed, and move on with my day. Not today, you stingy bastards. Today's was so bad it forced me to write a review.
Please, for the love of God, train your employees to put a full 4 oz. scoop of meat into the burrito bowl that I am paying for. Six tiny chunks of meat spread across a soggy quagmire of sour-cream-and-salsa-soaked and ALSO under-portioned rice IS NOT AN ENJOYABLE MEAL.
I've been ordering 2x a week for five years (recently moved to a new apartment, so this is a new problem), and this location is so wildly inconsistent with portion size that I'm ready to give up the habit in favor of a place that ACTUALLY GIVES PEOPLE THE QUANTITY OF FOOD THAT THEY ORDER.
Fire the manager. Do something. Get your shit together.

Had such a wonderful experience at this location today because of the young man at the pick up window. I have to say that as a person working in customer service for over 20 years now, Jesus is making a simple fast food order pick a really great experience. Intuitive and friendly employees are hard to come by. Hope he gets that recognition and that he shares that kindness often. Food on top of it was really tasty!

I picked up a bowl after work at 6 PM today ordered it ahead of time on DoorDash for pick up food was not ready when I arrive. ETA food should’ve been done and also made it back around the corner to eat my food and my rice was very hard undone and the chicken was overcooked… rice was not safe to eat. Food was not safe to eat.

I tried to call to get a refund can’t get ahold on anyone. I ordered 2 bowls & some guacamole one of the bowl I guess was leaking that ripped the bag when I stepped out my car my bowl with threw the bag & now I only have 1 bowl. My guacamole still had the peel inside my side of guacamole.
