Come here all the time. We came to watch the Bears game and got seated in the back. It was very cold and asked if we can sit somewhere else and they said no. We asked 3 different people if we can sit somewhere else. Another couple came after us and they asked and without hesitation they gave them another table. Absolutely unfair and I guess if we had different color skin it would have been different.

Very accommodating and friendly place to come to. Been here multiple times, unfortunately on the same days as big events they have where many tables need to be reserved ahead of time. However, they're always able to sit my groups (6-8) and find a space for us.
Prices are slightly above average, but theyll have some good deals here and there. Food has always been delicious and weve enjoyed the inside, the porch, and the outdoor seating.
Only issues ive had are just incorrect orders, drinks not coming out, or it taking way too long to get a server for the initial order. Just be patient and its no issue.
Half price pizza on Wednesdays. It was packed! Good pizza

What I really like about Countryside Saloon is how balanced the atmosphere feels. It’s lively enough to be fun but not so loud that you can’t talk. The servers and bartenders actually pay attention, and you never feel ignored. The menu has plenty of variety, and everything I’ve tried has come out hot, fresh, and flavourful. A great neighbourhood spot that does things right.

Came here to watch the cubs game. I live literally 5 mins away. Love this place. Food is always good and great customer service however today Ian was our waiter . He was extremely nice , polite , jolly , constantly smiling and kept asking if everything was good. Amazing customer service as I watched other waitress work together as a team. Outstanding service. It was a pleasure being there. Thank you For great service
