I visited the bakery often when I worked in Des Plaines. Recently I ordered a cake for a retirement party. It was beautiful. Everyone thought it was the most delicious cake they ever enjoyed. It was 5 stars.

They should just just stick to making pastries and NOT cakes. We ordered our son's FIRST birthday cake from them. We usually go to CCB(another bakery in that area), but decided to try this bakery. Holly was very nice and was the cake designer and gave me exactly what i wanted on my cake. We set the cake pick up time hours before we were to actually pick up(as we always do at EVERY bakery) to make sure its done and chilled atleast two hours BEFORE we transport it! My husband w

Are you sick and tired of grocery store bakery goods that are marginal at best? Well then you must stop here. They have a wonderful selection of bread rolls. When is the last time you saw poppy seed horns or salt sticks anywhere for those of you older than 40? Plus they have great coffee cakes, sweet rolls, cookies quiche, spaghetti bread, etc, etc. You must stop here and enjoy their offerings. By the way, they have been at this location for 30 or more years. Proof of their success. Enjoy!

This place is known for their chocolate doughnut holes. They are awesome! They are a cake donut, rather than a raised donut. Are usually prefer the raised, but these are fantastic! Soft and moist. Really delicious.
Stopped in this morning to get treats for the office. The only “problem” is trying to decide what to get between the donuts and sweet rolls and layer cakes and coffee cakes and the aroma when you walk in the door. Small place with a ton of goodies. It’s all fresh and everyone in the office commented on how delicious the donuts and sweet rolls were and I totally agree. And the best part were the two ladies in front who couldn’t have been sweeter or more accommodating. Forget any other commercial type retail bakeries. This is the place to go. I gotta try their fresh baked breads which looked awesome as well.
