If the owner is at the restaurant you will get great service and great food. If the owner is not there you will get TERRIBLE service and mediocre food.The service is so bad, I regret every time I go there and the owner is not.

Mt family and I recurrently visit Dotombori for the excellence of the food and service. The inside is nice and warm, giving a peaceful environment for a nice dinner. They always have amazing options, high quality food, and are consistent! Seriously a must try.

I can't believe we didn't try this sooner as we live within walking distance. Don't do sushi, so ordered the bulgogi yaki soba and tonkatsu ramen along with a couple of apps and everything was amazing. Cute decor and friendly service just made it all the better. Definitely will be added to our regular spots.

This place hates its customers. I called for 30 minutes and it was busy. I placed an order online and it gave me the option to put in my pickup time. I chose 30 minutes later. I go into the restaurant and they told me it will be 2 hours. I noticed that their phone was deliberately off the hook. These people do not want your business so you need to go elsewhere

One star only for food. Food is yummy and fresh, but service is awful terrible!!! Can recommend it only for carry out, never again will eat inside. Our dinner was destroyed at the beginning. Waitress made fun of us because we were not abble to pronounced dishes correctly. She even called another waitress laughing: " come here just hear how they pronounced it". Another thing BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN PAY BY CARD!!!! They bring bill with tips included, and them they bring final recite to sign were you can choose %tips, so it is like double tips in final. It was my favorite place for long time, but not anymore!!!!!
