Let's see where do I begin. Well, at first I tried to go inside at 7:30 AM on a Monday. The doors were locked. I went through the drive-thru and the drive-thru was shut down at 7:30 AM on a Monday. So, one of the employees had the back door open and I asked him what time they opened. He said they did not open until 10 AM. What kind of Dunkin' is this? They’re definitely not 24 hours, that’s for sure. Do the employees shut it down anytime they want so they don’t have to serve like they got hired to do, or is it just because it’s in a screwed-up area? I’m sure the owner of this franchise would love to know that they are shutting his or her business down at a peak time of the day. It’s kind of convenient how it shut down at 7:30 AM when everyone is trying to go to work and get what they need. I would go to Starbucks down the road.

This Dunkin’ Donuts at the gas station is horrible. One of the worst Dunkin’ Donuts. I’ve gone to waiting in line for five minutes No one came to the front. Five employees not one came to the front. They were busy doing drive-through And online orders. Not even hey will be right with you. Sorry for the wait so I just walked away. 0 stars

Why does this location have someone that does not speak or understand the English language working the counter by herself? I specifically repeated myself 3 times for: Bacon, cheese croissant w/o egg. The lady still didn't understand.
I just ended up ordering a coffee. It's understandable everyone has to start somewhere, but GEEZ have someone with her to assist. Or better yet teach the English language after work!!!!

I was about to order here when I saw the cashier sneeze repeatedly into his hands 4-5x and then go about his day and start touching everything. Left in a hurry. Location needs to be trained on hygein. Almost no one has gloves on. 🚩

I literally work in this area just purchase the breakfast this morning and I guess because it cost $6 they don't care anyway the hash brown will cold and hard, the bacon sandwich been off lately burn smashed anyway have really fell off their game used to love coming here not anymore. 😔😔😔

Excellent drive thru service. I ordered through the dunkin donuts app minutes before arriving the drive thru, and they gave me the dozen donuts I ordered in seconds! Highly recommend if you're in a hurry.

The worst location atmosphere ever . I asked for a iced Matcha latte. With a shot of espresso, the guy gave me a weird facial reaction and said it doesn’t go with Matcha I still stated that that’s how I like my Matcha and I always ordered it without any issues. Plus, he wanted to charge husbands double shot espresso for a shaken espresso. My Matcha was literally brown. Ask if they can add a little bit of milk. He pretended that he was adding milk but same thing he did not fill it all the way up. Do not recommend to come to your location don’t waste your money.
I asked for a double espresso shot came all liquide and tasted burned , asked for a new one , they kept it behind the counter for a while and gave me back the same one . DON’T go there

Shabaz and Hakim in afternoon are very nice and enthusiastic. They get your order ready quickly and make sure that you are happy with it. I would rather go here for a ice matcha latte than any place else as they make matcha perfect in oat milk by completely dissolving the matcha
