I absolutely love this Dunkin! All the staff are so friendly and welcoming and I have never once had anything wrong with an order. I go here at least twice per week not only because it is nearby my house, but because the service is so good I go out of my way to come to this location!

Best Dunkin Store in and around Des Plaines. I pickup coffee 1 to 2 times a day and will go out of my way to come to this location. Management and staff are Great! They are friendly and make the best drinks, especially lattes. Food items are always prepared properly and taste good.

My son and I frequently come to DD, and this location is the best one around. We recently left a different one to come here.
Expectations being DD, this one is great. Just saw them handle a drive thru lane out to the chase bank, and a line inside about 15 deep.

I made an order and it was placed in the wrong store of dunkin donut so I called from a refund and the person who pick up phone was rude I asked to talk to manager she said he not here at 11am there's no manager on staff said name AK to call in morning it's still morning time like 830 or 9am smh never will I go here

I bought coffee for three people, but the cashier seemed really sleepy and didn’t make our coffee properly. It was more like flavored water than actual coffee. Very disappointing! I wouldn’t recommend coming here at night—poor service and bad quality. Definitely not worth it.
