Service extremely poor with attitude. Not even greeted upon entering and took 2 drive thru orders before even approached. Can't tap to pay cause terminal is disgustingly dirty. Stated can't you just insert it. Made shake and just called out order, no thank you here you go or exit greeting. Perfect example of entitlement service. Even first time here the shake made was more just milk. Getting a macchiato on the AM and shake in afternoon everyday, this is one I'll avoid now.

I’ve been going to the wrong place for a while! Because wow, I didn’t know Dunkin had a nice private space to get some work done while enjoying a yummy latte, but I’ll be coming here from now on. Ali, was amazing when I wasn’t sure what to order, thank you for your kindness. I highly recommend coming to check out Des Plaines’ Dunkin! 🍩 ☕️

Don’t know why everyone has given this place 1 star, but I had a great interaction; granted had to wait inside for a few moments to get service. But the individual worker was pleasant and professional. They took their time with my order with my kid; and made sure we’re able to get what we wanted.

It was just a terrible experience! We came around 8:20 PM. This place is open until 9:00 PM. I came there with my kids and family. By the way, they just came to America for summer vacation and I wanted to take them to have a tasty drink and eat some donuts. But our evening was a failure. At first, they didn’t even say hello to us, they weren’t happy to see us. But that’s not all. Before I ordered donuts, they threw almost all the donuts in the trash right in front of me😳, and I had to take what was left. After all this, I thanked the employee, but she didn’t say anything back. I was extremely unhappy there. I don’t recommend this place!

One of the worst Dunkin i ever been to. I dont even know why I went back. False Hope. There coffee taste very funny. I think they are cheap with product and it's watered down. They barely put sugar when you ask. They don't wash there hands after they tie the garbage up go str8 to making the order. And there's a guy that is always scratching his ear as he's putting the order in. You all need to find a better job food service is not for you. If you don't want to catch a disease or get food poisoning stay away from this location .
Today, I went through the drive-thru, and they didn’t take my order right away, so I had to wait longer. That was fine, but when I got my latte ($5), it felt really light. On my way to work, I opened it up and saw that I had just a little more than half a cup! I was so pissed. It was expensive for a half of my latte!
