Today, I went through the drive-thru, and they didn’t take my order right away, so I had to wait longer. That was fine, but when I got my latte ($5), it felt really light. On my way to work, I opened it up and saw that I had just a little more than half a cup! I was so pissed. It was expensive for a half of my latte!

What's the deal with all the rotting food behind the store?
This location literally stole my money, and refuses to give a refund or even follow-up.
On August 7th, I ordered a coffee through the app for pick-up in the drive-thru. I pulled up to the drive-thru window, which was half open, and sat there for about 10 mins while the girls inside ignored me. I could see my coffee sitting on the counter waiting for pick-up. After being ignored in the drive-thru I pulled around the front and tried to go inside, but the doors were locked and the employees refused to open them. I sat in my car trying to open a case with Dunkin to get a refund while I watched multiple customers try to get inside, realize the doors were locked, then leave. One guy walked up with his kids and stood there for a couple mins waiting for someone to open the door, while another girl walked up and stood next to them and looked around, confused. As soon as the man walked away with his kids, she unlocked the door, walked inside, and locked it again. I opened a case with Dunkin to get a refund, who told me twice I will hear back from the franchisee or field service rep. It has been a week and still no word from anyone. It shouldn't be this hard to get a $4 refund for a product I paid for and never received. This is straight-up theft. Avoid this location at all costs.
Update: I heard from the manager, Wendy, who left me a voicemail. I called back and left her a voicemail and email. Then radio silence again. It took exactly 20 days, and me filing a theft complaint with the BBB, before they finally refunded my $4, like it was nothing. Insane.

Yesterday, I ordered through the Dunkin' app and quickly stopped by to pick up my drink. This location may not be as popular as Starbucks, bustling with eight employees and lines around the drive-through, but their caramel craze signature latte was the best drink I've had in a while.

This used to be a good Dunkin, I’m not sure what happened. The service has gone downhill as other reviews have mentioned. They wont acknowledge customers as you walk in so you’re just standing around awkwardly and made to feel like an inconvenience. I’ve had pick up orders made wrong. The inside of the store is dirty so you can’t even sit down without having to wipe the tables down yourself. This store employees need better training.

I always buy cappuccino in size L, and they always don't make the right size. Today I bought 1 hot cappuccino in size L and one in size M, so they were the same, only they gave me a large cup for size L, and a small cup for size M. And I for the sake of the experiment I poured cappuccino from a glass of size L into a smaller glass M and it turned out that the size of the glass L fit M. The worst service.

First of all the young girl with glasses was so rude from the beginning. I went to the bathroom and there was no toilet paper. They were not even busy the girl was just on her phone. My coffee tasted straight up milk no caffeine what so ever even though I added extra shot of espresso in it. When I brought her attention to that I don’t like the coffee because I came in to get some energy and not to just drink milkshake she rolled her eyes at me and asked me so what I wanted to do? Excuse me? What do you think? Either make me a new one for $7 that I paid for or add more coffee since that’s what I ordered! The way she looked at me I am happy if she didn’t spit in it. Horrible customer service and there was not one person in there. She needs to change her attitude or hire new people who will work harder for the money. Appreciate it.

It was 8pm. when we stopped on the way to El Cerrito del Tepeyac. Staff was very polite and kind, took our order and repeated back to us! The place was empty due to the time and close to closing but we got our order without issues! Food and coffee was good.

Horrible service. I purchased a cinnamon raisin bagel which was hard ss a rock, the cream cheese didn't look fresh at all. Don't go here.
