They never make orders correctly , every time something missing, straws or sandwiches that we have to drive back or stop and go inside . Yes it’s my fault to not check it before driving away but , sometimes they tell they did put everything inside . It’s not a complaint, it’s an advice for you guys work little more better . And instead of apologizing when I waited 10 minutes in drive through again the lady hand me my sandwich without even looking at me and smashed that window . Work ethic is so low . Another employee stopped to communication at all after we asked her to remake our matcha lattes once . Thats not good too . We want to come here every morning cause it’s on our way , but now going to different dunkin location.

We went to this Dunkin location at 7:20 and just now got five drinks. I told the worker we were in a hurry, and she said “I’m the only worker.” There was no drive thru orders there was one more person in line waiting and they also waiting for 15-20 minutes and they got their drinks before us as well. There was no need for her to be working so slow if there was a line of five people. Waste of my time.

Barely can hear over intercom. Takes forever just to repeat back and ask if any things else. Goes to take pmt first going to grab phone. Get your equipment right for contactless pmt nits contactless for a reason. Then has to verify what size. Then comes back asking which out of two flavors chocolate or strawberry. Horrible experience every step of the process.
Then no small straw for correct size drink.
Then the absolute worst part, worst shake ever. Still icey not creamy. So much the straw is clogged with ice.
Couldn’t even finish, got through half and my stomach is a mess upset. What the hell did you put in here! Half scoop of ice cream then the rest ice and milk, drain cleaner!? This is the absolute worst DD/BR and experience I’ve ever had literally going to one every dam day.

Absolutely unacceptable service. Every time I come to this Dunkin, the same lady working the drive-thru with red hair on morning shifts has a nasty attitude. She never gets my order right, and today she straight-up yelled at me while I was just trying to place my order. I’ve been patient before, but this crossed a line. There’s no excuse for treating paying customers like this. Management needs to seriously address the way customers are being treated here.
Given wrong order even after correcting it at the drive through while watching and hearing the window person tell the cook my correct order. Called back only to have the phone put down while I was explaining my issue and hear them make another person's order. Then to be handed off to another employee and given the run around. I'd make frequent stops here before work during the week. I will not be coming back.

Night Shift person is lazy, I ordered a Carmel iced coffee with extra cream and sugar and she forgot the Carmel and sugar so it tasted bitter. And I ordered the avocado toast topped with bacon and I think she gave me an old bread and it was hard to bite on and the bacon wasn’t in small pieces but but chunks,. So now I’m at work hungry I will be going back to get my money back I have left it untouched. It was really disappointing. Night shift girl if u don’t like ur job why you there ? Anyone experienced this with the red headed females there during night shift 😏
