I would NEVER, EVER eat here again. After eating here, a few hours after, I started having trouble with my stomach. I developed a bad stomach bug- which lasted for days! Stomach cramps, fever, and more. Food was also tasteless.

Great easy quick work lunches but I miss the salt and pepper packets. I don't think it's been refilled once since you switched to the grinders instead of packets

This companies food will never be the same since they let go of our favorite chef Javier. I still don’t understand why they lied to us all stating he was moved to another facility when in fact he was let go on a count of there being too much chicken in the fridge even tho I love the chicken here.

I order the patty melt described as a patty on rye with thousand island, grilled onions and Swiss cheese .. I got American cheese (gross) and white bread. The onions were sweet, not the kind I would grill .. other than the chips.. it was a disappointment. Not at all worth the $ paid.

Instead of being clever and replacing the letter “s” with a “z” on all of their menu, they should focus on adding flavor to their food.

As of 12/16/21 this location seems to be operating under COVID self-serve operations...Convenient location for employees in the building.Just tried for the first time and I would say it is okay for packaged items (Chobani, Protein Shakes, cookies, snacks, etc.), but not so sure about their "fresh" options.I grabbed the only salad without ranch dressing and when I opened and mixed, it was very old - the cabbage seemed like it was starting to go bad (dark & hard), funky tasting chicken, really squishy cherry tomatoes, etc. Thought it looked fine in the refrigerator - but not sure I'll test their other salad/sandwich options.

Metal shaving in my pasta salad. Top notch. I'll never spend my money on foodbarz. Had that been in a sandwich I could have broken a tooth or cut my jaw. Unreal.

Hardly any vegetarian items. Every day they have two soup options and they can't make one a vegetarian option?? They don't even make their homemade vegetable soups with a vegetable base. I have emailed the location at W. Higgins a few times and never received a response, so their customer service isn't great either.
