⭐ 0 Stars – I’d Rather Cook My Own Pizza Than Deal With This Place
Tried calling to place an order because they said they had delivery. Spoiler alert: they don’t. The person on the phone made it sound like I was asking them to solve world peace just by asking a simple question. Then they left me on hold so long I could’ve baked a deep dish myself.
If you enjoy being ignored, lied to, and treated like an inconvenience — you’ll love this place. For everyone else: save yourself the headache and order from literally anywhere else.

Ordered pick-up for 2 pizzas on my way home to Huntley. I used to work in the areas, so I thought I'd give them a try. Now that I got my pizzas and tried this place I want to edit my review. I will still keep the 5 star review, but add some other notes with photos. The owners daughter was such a pleasure tp deal with and so friendly. I enjoyed talking to her while waiting for my pizza. I accidently ordered the tavern style, which was my mistake. She said it's a new one corporate is trying out. We'll, it was definitely overcooked, burnt. She said they have to cook it this way to make it crispy. If this is true, this will not go over because when I took it home this pizza was so dry it.tasted like it has no sauce on it. I took pics of how it looked. Some people may like it cooked this much, I'm not a fan of burnt crust. But, my other 2 pizzas were excellent. So, I will come back to this location. Even thiugh it's kind of far for me, the owner's daughter, whose name I forgot made it all worth it. Please open a location in Huntley. We need one here. 😊

Employees are locking the doors at least an hour before closing time. I went to pick up a pizza I’d ordered online recently and the doors were locked when I arrived, approximately one hour prior to closing time. I had to knock on the door to get my pizza and the excuse I was given was that they locked the doors to clean the restaurant. Seriously?🤣 Also, when I called to order on a separate occasion, I was informed that they don’t make small pizzas, only medium and large. No problem, I’ll order from Lou Malnati’s instead going forward.✌🏼💸

Giordano’s is always a great experience! The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, with a nice glossy vibe that makes you want to stay.
